BEGINNERS' YOGA 50+ CLASSES
Monday 9:30am with Janaki & Tuesday 9:30am with Hilde
90-Minute Yoga classes focusing on strength and balance

8-WEEK TAI CHI/QIGONG SERIES BEGINS
Monday, 11:45am – 12:45pm / $115 registration or $20 drop-in
Join the class anytime! Beginners and experienced practitioners always welcome.

  YOUTH YOGA — AGES 9 AND UP!
 Tuesday 3:30PM - 4:30pm

GENTLE YOGA CLASSES
Wednesday 5pm with Hilde and Sunday 5:00pm with staff
Gentle movements, stretches & asana to relax & restore.
