Monday 9:30am with Janaki & Tuesday 9:30am with Hilde
90-Minute Yoga classes focusing on strength and balance
Monday 11:45am – 12:45pm / register or $20 drop-in
Beginners and experienced practitioners always welcome.

Tuesday 3:30PM - 4:30pm
GENTLE YOGA CLASSES
Wednesday 5pm with Hilde and Sunday 5pm with Diane C
Gentle movements, stretches & asana to relax & restore.
VINYASA/SLOW FLOW CLASSES
Wednesday 9:30am Slow Flow with Elora
Saturday 10:30am Vinyasa with Elora
