This event is focused on teens but open to all ages

We are presenting positive strategies for a healthy adolescent lifestyle, targeting stress management, the development of coping skills, drug and alcohol abuse prevention, social/emotional support and anxiety reduction/ prevention.   

Instruction in yoga, meditation, breathing techniques and a Sound Healing experience are central to each full or half day event.  

Specialty workshops including Art Therapy, outdoor Walking Meditation, Healthy Meal Preparation (and consuming and clean-up) Group sessions with a Licensed Therapist, Tai Chi/ Qigong, Emotional Eating, Gratitude Practice Development, and additional activities are rotated into the programs throughout the year. 

Full or partial scholarships for at-risk teens without  resources, to enable them to participate.   Adult support givers and school counselors working with these students are invited to participate as well.

Jesse Mancinone has a Master’s Degree in Community Mental Health Counseling and certification in K-12 School Counseling.
Jesse has over 8 years of experience working with clients dealing with addictions and providing counseling for adolescents, adults and families. His passion is helping people from all walks of life attain balance and successfully develop and achieve their overall life vision.
