Join Diane for an evening of yoga for every BODY! Learn how incorporating props such as straps, bolsters, blankets, blocks and even your mat into your practice can help you to find more space, freedom, and stability in your poses.  Props help to stabilize the pose for beginners and those who have soreness or minor injuries. Props can also help to protect the joints and  help one to relax in the pose.
