Simple Steps for Stress and Anxiety Management

Stress and anxiety are major contributors to insomnia, hypertension, digestive issues, and so much more. We take these stressors as a given, something we can’t change. Janaki Pierson, meditation instructor for over 35 years, discusses very simple steps that reduce stress and anxiety in our daily life.

Participants find encouragement and inspiration to start a simple practice of daily meditation for a more stress free life, and less anxiety.

Ms. Pierson has been established in her own daily practice for more than 40 years. She teaches extensively throughout New England and New York in medical, private and public schools and colleges, hospitals, corporate, community and private settings.
