Woodbury Meditation & Yoga Center is about helping you improve and make changes in your life through the practice of Yoga and Mediation, inside and outside the Yoga center.  Our teachers  lead classes that  call on the body, breath and mind to work as one. They lead  you through a balanced practice of yoga postures (asanas), breathing exercises (pranayama) and mindfulness techniques (samyama) to improve your body physically and also create a sense of inner peace.  So grab a friend, a water bottle, a yoga mat (we have plenty you can borrow if you don't have your own) and join us for a Free Yoga Class!
