Foundations  Of Meditation
Session I: 3 Monday evenings, 6:15–9:30, April 14–28
Session II: 5 Thursday evenings, 7:15–9:15, May 15–June 12

This course provides thorough training in the theory and practice of correct meditation. Topics include physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits of meditation; application to stress management; meditation posture; the relationship between breath and mind; the power of mantra; the evolution of consciousness; Kundalini Shakti; and the mind and attention. Each class includes a 20-minute meditation.
