Foundations Of Meditation 5 Thursday evenings, 7:00–9:00 PM, September 10,17,24, October 1 and 15 Instructor: Janaki Pierson Location: WYC - House Fee: $125 This course provides thorough training in the theory and practice of correct meditation. Topics include physical, emotional, mental and spiritual benefits of meditation; application to stress management; meditation posture; the relationship between breath and mind; the power of mantra; the evolution of consciousness; Kundalini Shakti; and the mind and attention.
