HATHA YOGA

The instructors at WYC are dedicated students of yoga and meditation who incorporate the principles of yoga into their personal lives. Instructors have received their training through a wide range of facilities including Kripalu, Sivananda, the Omega Institute, and WYC. The staff is committed to helping each student experience the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual benefits of the practices.

MEDITATION
Classes in meditation are taught by Janaki Pierson, WYC's co-founder and director. Throughout the year, WYC offers classes for all levels of meditation so check back regularly.
